Return Policy – Sofia Vittoria Jewelry

Your satisfaction means a great deal to me. If you're not completely happy with your order, you may request a return in accordance with the policy below. This policy is in addition to any rights you may have under applicable U.S. federal and state consumer protection laws.

1. 90-Day Return Policy

I offer a 90-day return policy from the date your order is delivered.

If you'd like to return your jewelry, simply contact me before sending your item back:

2. Return Conditions

Jewelry may be returned provided that it:

• Has not been worn or damaged
• Is in its original condition
• Includes all original tags
• Is returned in its original packaging

Items showing signs of wear or damage cannot be accepted unless they are defective or were supplied incorrectly.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Personalized or custom-made jewelry
• Items clearly marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase

Any exceptions required by applicable law will still apply.

4. How to Return an Item

1. Email me at info@sofiavittoria-jewels.com with your order number.
2. Wait for confirmation and return instructions.
3. Send the item to the return address provided.

Unless the item is defective or I made an error with your order, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Refunds

As the jewelry itself is provided free of charge, refunds under this voluntary return policy apply only to the shipping fee you paid.

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, your eligible refund will be processed using your original payment method.

Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Defective or Incorrect Items

If your jewelry arrives damaged or defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact me within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the issue where possible.

Where required under applicable law, I will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include:

• A replacement at no additional cost, or
• A refund of the amount paid, where applicable

7. Your Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Return Policy limits or excludes any rights or remedies you may have under applicable U.S. federal or state consumer protection laws.

Consumer protection and refund requirements may vary by state. Where mandatory consumer protections apply, this Return Policy does not override or limit those rights.

8. Return Shipping & Liability

I recommend using a tracked shipping service when returning an item and keeping your shipping receipt until your return has been processed.

I cannot accept responsibility for returns lost in transit where the loss is outside my reasonable control.

This does not affect any rights or remedies you may have under applicable law.
