6. Returns & Refunds

I offer a 90-day return policy.

Returned jewelry must:

  • Be unworn and undamaged.
  • Be returned in its original packaging.
  • Include all original tags where applicable.

Personalized items and products marked as non-returnable cannot be returned unless otherwise required by applicable U.S. federal or state law.

To request a return:

  1. Contact info@sofiavittoria-jewels.com with your order number.
  2. Wait for return instructions.
  3. Return the item using the address provided.

Unless the item is defective or supplied incorrectly, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

As the jewelry itself is provided free of charge, refunds under my voluntary return policy apply only to the shipping fee paid. This does not limit any rights or remedies you may have under applicable federal or state law.

If you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact me within 7 days of delivery and include photographs where possible.
